About Botulinum toxin

Botulinum toxin (often shortened to Bo-Tox) is an injectable substance commonly used as a muscle relaxant.

By targeting certain muscle groups, we can provide lifting, tightening, slimming & softening effects, and most commonly, the anti wrinkle effect.

The amount of product can also be altered to achieve a natural or more dramatic effect too.

About the treatment

As we age, the shape of our nose may alter. The nasal tip may droop and the prominence of the dorsal hump may increase. This first presents when we smile but may eventually be noticeable at rest too.

By administering botulinum toxin just below the nose, the muscle will relax, allowing the nose tip to be lifted back up into a more youthful position.
